Services and Timelines

Boomer Marketing LLC provides professional marketing services, which may include strategy, creative development, paid media management, content, websites or landing pages, email programs, and reporting. Timelines and outcomes can be affected by market conditions, platform policies, and factors outside our control; any dates or forecasts we share are good-faith estimates unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Fees and Media Spend

Project fees, retainers, and payment schedules are as set out in your proposal or contract with Boomer Marketing LLC. Amounts you pay directly to advertising platforms or other vendors are governed by those parties’ terms; media spend is generally non-refundable once deployed through the platform.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver work efficiently, clients of Boomer Marketing LLC agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and reasonable access to accounts, assets, and approvals needed for campaigns and creative. Delays in approvals or missing materials may shift delivery dates or reduce the time available for optimization within a given period.
